In the second game of the night we have the Nords hosting Tuck. The Nords come into this week off a 9-4 loss to the Whalers and Tuck comes into this week off a 4-3 shoot out win over the Jacks. The season series is split 1-1 but if Tuck shows up with all their guns they will cruise in this match up and win 6-1

In the second game of the night we have the Nords hosting Tuck. The Nords come into this week off a 9-4 loss to the Whalers and Tuck comes into this week off a 4-3 shootout win over the Jacks. Tuck showed up with a full squad and the Nords only had 7 including Jay Zanleoni who stayed around to help the Nords. Tuck came out hungry and started peppering the Nords Colin Farr. It would only take about six minutes for Tuck to get on the board as Farr came out of his crease to play the puck to his defensemen but Tuck"s Mark Rautiola was able to pick it off and move it quickly to Jared Pomerance who got it to Will Collins who was sitting in front with a wide open net to make the score 1-0 Tuck. After going up 1-0 Tuck would continue to dominate the play and with four minutes left in the period the Nords would take a penalty and put Tuck on the power play. While on the power play Tucks Will Collins would score his second of the night with 3:14 left in the period to put Tuck up 2-0. The Nords would get their first goal of night from Roger Phillips who would score at 2:51 as he threw the puck out front from behind the net and it bounced in off of Rosen to make the score 2-1 heading into the second period. Even though the Nords were being out shot and out played they were still in the game 2-1 after one period of play.

Heading into the second period Tuck picked right back up where they left off and kept up the pressure on the Nords. Tuck would go up 3-1 after Conrad Trimbath would score his first of the night with 12:53 left in the period. Conrad would score his second of the night about four minutes later (9:01) to put Tuck up 4-1 as they continued to dominate the play of the game. The period would end with the score 4-1 Tuck and the Nords Colin Farr had 32 saves through two periods of play vs. Tuck"s Dan Rosen who had 15 through two periods.

In the third period Tuck had not lifted their foot on the gas pedal as they continued to take it to the Nords. Tuck took a penalty early in the third(12:29 mark) giving the Nords a chance to get back in the game, however the Nords couldn"t score on the power play as Tuck was able to kill it. After killing the penalty Tuck"s Jared Pomerance put Tuck up 5-1 with 7:29 left in the game. Tuck was in complete control of this game as they would go on and score two more goals, one from Mark Rautiola who scored a PP goal and Adam Yang would add a SH goal late in the period to give Tuck a 7-1 win over the Nords. The Nords Farr finished the night with 44 saves and Tuck"s Rosen finished the night with 26 saves.
