In the final night of regular season we have the Whalers hosting the Jacks. The Whale has taken 2 out of the 3 meetings this year but the last game was won by the Jacks as the Whale isn't as hot as they once were. The winner of this game finishes in second place and the loser could finish in 3rd or 4th depending on how the late game goes. Look for his game to be a close game, the Whale will provail with a score of 3-2. 

In the final night of regular season we had a snowy night making the rosters for the Jacks and the Whalers very limited (13 total between the two teams according to the scoresheet). The Whalers would score 3 unanswered goals in the first period, the was scored by Dan Fenton, second was by Jason Yehle and the third was by Marc Stannard. The first period would end with the Whalers up 3-0.

In the second the Whalers Dan Fenton would put his team up 4-0 at 9:10 mark. The Jacks Jordan McGee would score two straight goals to get his team back into the game, his first was at 5:02 and the second was at the 4:00 minute mark. The period would end with the Whalers up 4-2 heading into the third.

In the third Jordan McGee would get his 3rd straight goal of the night at 12:10 mark to make the score 4-3 Whalers. The game would remain a one goal game until Dan Fenton would net his 3rd of the night with 4:14 remaining to give the Whalers a 5-3 lead. Marc Stannard would add an empty net goal and seal the win for the Whalers by the score of 6-3. With the win the Whalers clinched the second place position and the Jacks would be locked in for 3rd place. These two teams will meet in the semifinals next week.
