In the first game of the night we had the Gamblers (3-2) hosting the Jacks (1-4). The Gamblers are coming off a 6-5 win over the Whalers and the Jacks are coming off a 4-3 loss to the Blues. The Gamblers showed up with three full lines and ready to play as they wasted no time getting on the scoreboard. Dave Sutton got the Gamblers on the board at 12:57 mark to make the score 1-0 Gamblers. The Gamblers would keep the foot on the gas pedal as they would score four more unanswered goals in the first, the goals were scored by Will Meyer at 11:18, Aaron Kesselman 10:44, Max Woods 9:20, Aaron Kesselman 6:40. The period would end with the Gamblers up 5-0 and the Jacks were getting a few shots here and there but the majority of the play was dictatedby the Gambers in the first period as they had a 5-0 led heading into the second period.
The Gamblers came out just as hungry in the second as they would go up 6-0 on a goal from Dave Sutton at 8:32 mark. The Jacks Jordan McGee would break the shut out for fill in goal Jay Seals as McGee made the score 6-1 with 7:40 remaining. The Gamblers would answer right back as Aaron Kesselman would score his third of the night at 7:25 making the score 7-1. The Gamblers would add three more goals (the goals were scored by Will Meyer (7:03), Max Woods (4:30), Spencer Zaha (3:47) before the period was over to make the score 10-1 heading into the third.
In the third the Gamblers would add two more goals to extend the lead to 12-1, the first goal of the period was scored by Will Meyer at 11:56 and then Dave Sutton at 10:57. Although the Gamblers had dominated the whole game the Jacks Tyler Dewdney would add on more goal to make the final score 12-2 Gamblers.
