In the final game of the night we have the Jacks hosting the Whalers. Both teams come into this week off losses, the Jacks were upset by the Nords and the Whalers lost to the Blues. The Jacks are leading the season series 3-0 and if they have a full roster they will win this one 6-4.

In the final game of the night we have the Jacks hosting the Whalers. Both teams come into this week off losses, the Jacks were upset by the Nords and the Whalers lost to the Blues. In the first the play was even but the Whalers would get on the board first on a goal from Patrick Riley at 10:34. The Whalers Dillan Pierce would extend the led to 2-0 at 7:39. The first period would end with the Whalers up 2-0 and as if they were in control of this game.

In the second period the Jacks woke up and scored three straight goals, the first was from Jordan McGee at 12:05. The second was from Gary Laperle with 7:55 remaining and the third was scored on the PP by Sean Murphy at the 6:58 mark. After giving up three straight goals the Whalers would tie the score at 3 on a goal from Scotty Shaw at 6:17. Two minutes later the Jacks would grab the lead back on a goal from Brian Gattie at 4:16. The Jacks would then go up 5-3 on a goal from Tim Patten with 1:14 remaining in the period. The Jacks weren"t done their though as they would add one more with 50 seconds left from Loren Lunt to make the score 6-3 after two period of play.

In the third the Jacks keep the pressure on and extend the led to 8-3 on goals from Tyler Dewdney at 10:28 and then a goal from Brian Gattie (second of the night) at 7:53. The Whalers would battle back and get the games next two goals, the first from Ben Rouillard at 7:46 and Dillan Pierce would make the score 8-5 with 3:22. The Jacks would hold on for the 8-5 win over the Whalers after falling behind 2-0 after one period of play.
