In the second game of the night we have the Whalers hosting the Jacks. The Whalers come into tonight after losing last week 8-1 to the red hot Labatt Blues. The Jacks come into tonight after a 8-2 throttling over the Nords. Look for the Whalers to make this game interesting like they did in the last meeting the but the Jacks talent will take over in the third period and led them to a 5-3 win.

In the second game of the night we have the Whalers hosting the Jacks. The Whalers come into tonight after losing last week 8-1 to the red hot Labatt Blues and the Jacks come into tonight after an 8-2 throttling over the Nords. The Jacks Tim Patten got the Jacks on the board first scoring his first of the night at 13:18 mark. The Whalers Dillan Pierce would tie the game up with 8:21 left in the period. The Jacks would grab the lead back as Jordan McGee put the Jacks up 2-1 at the 5:30 mark. Less than a minute later the Whalers Molly Eugstrom would tie the score at 2. It was then the Jacks Loren Lunt that would put the Jacks up with 3:35 remaining and then 16 seconds later Gary Laperle would extend the Jacks lead to 4-2. The period would end with the Jacks leading 4-2.

In the second period it was back and forth action as the Jacks put the pressure on trying to extend their lead but it was the Whalers Dillan Pierce who would make the score 4-3 with 4:39 left in the period. The Jacks Tim Patten would get his second of the night on a shorthanded breakaway at 2:37 to put the Jacks up 5-3 heading into the third.

In the third with the Whalers down by two goals and giving up a late shorthanded goal you would think they were down and out but think again as Molly Eugstrom would get her second of the night and make the score 5-4 with 12:35 to go. The games next goal didn"t" come until 4:48 when the Jacks Tyler Dewdney put the Jacks up 6-4. The Whalers would get one more goal from John Henderson with 32 seconds left in the game as the Whalers had pulled their goal and it paid off. With Henderson"s goal the score was 6-5 Jacks, the Whalers would win the faceoff and put the puck deep so that they could get an extra skater again but this time it didn"t work out as Tyler Dewdney would score his second of the night into an empty net giving the Jacks a 7-5 win over the Whalers.
