In the final game of the night we have the Labatt Blues hosting the Whalers. Both teams come into tonight of wins last week, the Blues had an impressive win over the Jacks and the Whalers beat the Gamblers with a goal in the final seconds. Unfortunately for the Whalers the Blues are too deep and playing their best hockey, they will go on to win this game 6-1.

In the final game of the night we had the Labatt Blues hosting the Whalers. Both teams come into tonight of wins last week, the Blues had an impressive win over the Jacks and the Whalers beat the Gamblers with a goal in the final seconds. The game started out with Blues taking it right to the Whalers from the drop of the faceoff, the Blues Garren Poirer got things started at 10:50 mark. It was just 35 seconds later until the Blues went up 2-0 on a goal from Tyler White after some great puck movement from Trevor Billings and Garren Poirier. The Whalers would take the game"s first two penalties, the first at 9:54 (they would kill it off) and the second at 4:24, while being down a man the Whalers Patrick Riley would capitalize on a Blues defensemen"s mistake and put the puck past the Blues goalie to make the score 2-1 with 4:04 left in the period. The period would end with the score 2-1 and the play for the most part was even.

In the second period the Blues picked up the pace and took it to the Whalers, the Blues Keith Lazarczyk would get his first of three at 12:31. The Blues would then score a shorthanded goal of their own at 7:51 when TJ Moran was set up by Tyler White. With 4:29 left in the period the Blues Mathew Littler would put the Blues up 5-1 and the period would end with the score 5-1. The saves through two periods were, Whalers Lallier 25 saves, and the Blues Seals 12.

Although the Whalers were down 5-1 heading into the third Dillan Pierce would get the scoring started at 12:30 when he left a laser fly past Seals to make the score 5-2. That would be as close as the Whalers would get as TJ Moran would score his second of the night at 6:55 and Keith Lazarczyk would get his second/third goals of the night at 4:59/4:15 to close out the scoring. The Blues cruised in this game to a 8-2 win but it wasn"t until the second period that the took full control of this game. The Whalers Lallier would finish the game with 37 saves and the Blues Seals would finish with 22 saves.
