McCabe FINALLY learns how to score in 6-5 loss to Bruins.

The 2-4-0 Bruins welcomed the 4-1-1 Brewers into their building tonight and then decided to turn the tables and knock them down a few steps. The Brew crew were coming off of a TRAGIC 7-5 loss to the Storm Kings that is comparable to Pearl Harbor, Hurricane Katrina & the Bubonic Plague, were looking to get back on track......but without resident scoring stud, Nicholas "Dr. McOneManShow" Bayley. The Bruins, who were coming off of a monster 9-3 win over the Leafs, were looking to stay on track, stay out of the penalty box and stay away from captain Greg Hadley's infected parts.

The first period was a chess like battle with sticks and a puck until the Bruins finally broke through 9 minutes in as Matty "Hadley's Man Crush" Marrazzo broke into the offensive zone with Tyson Seeley. Marrazzo fed a sweet backhand pass through the defenders legs to a wide open Seeley who roofed the puck over a 2-pad-stackin' Petey "Captain Rebound" Bartline. Just over 2 minutes later, while the two teams played a little bit 'O 4 on 4 hockey, Christian "The One Man Show" Isaac carried the puck into the zone up the far boards, cut back and fed a streaking Sean "Offensively Inept" McCabe. McCabe threw a vicious shoulder fake at the Bruins defenseman, causing him to just stand there in awe with a tear in his eye, then McCabe proceeded to beat Johnny "Big Boy" Chamberlain over the glove side pad with hard back-hand. Danny "The Chain-Smoking Yoga Queen" Clabough took a pass from Marrazzo who was being absolutely pestered by Chris "TURTLE" Johnson. Both Johnson & the Brewers defenseman went to Marrazzo who fed another beautiful backhand pass to Clabough. Danny tookt he pass on his forehand, cut back across the crease on his backhand and slid it past a laid out Bartleby with just 46 seconds remaining in the period. After the first period, Bruins 2, Brew Crew 1. SHOTS: Bruins 13, Brewers 8.

The Brewers tied the game just 55 seconds into the 2nd period on a couple of nice plays by the oldest man in the state of Vermont, Al "Dirty Old Man" Sorrentino. Al picked up a loose puck in the Neutral Zone, chipped it between a defenders legs and passed it Chris Adams at the Blue Line. Adams cut to the outside and fed a nice pass back across the crease to Sorrentin, who in turn chipped it back to the top of the crease and a wide open Isaac....with Chamberlain down and out. John McGee put the Bruins up 3-2 with 5 minutes remaining on a nice cross from Scotty "Goontown" Fraser. End of two, 3-2 Bruins. SHOTS: Bruins 33 Brewers 16.

McCabe continued his ass lucky night just 2:36 into the 3rd as he blasted a shot from the point through the gaping 5-HOLE on Chambo. Matty Marrazzo teeter-tottered the score back in favor of the Bruins just 40 seconds later sniping the top right corner from the near circle. Chris Johnson re-tied the game at 4 apiece with a one-timer from who else, Seany "Miracle" McCabe. With just under 2 minutes remaining, Greg "Crab Man" Hadley cashed in on a garbage goal off of a "Goontown" rebound to re-teeter-totter the lead back in favor of the Bruins. Christian Isaac re-re-re-re-re-tied the game at 5-5 just 49 seconds later off of a "Magic Time" McCabe rebound. The Brewers were reveling just a bit too much on their ability to repetitively tie the game up, but were caught sleeping very quickly as Reid Hersey picked up a turnover at the blue line and rushed in 2 on 1. With Chris Johnson the only man back for the Brewers, Hersey let CJ back right into his own netminder, fired a shot, picked up his own rebound and sunk it top corner on a downed Bartline.

End of regulation, 6-5 Bruins. SHOTS: Bruins 44, Brewers 33
