In the second game of the night we had the Jacks hosting the Blues. Both teams look to keep their winning streaks alive after both teams won last week. The game started off very even as both teams had some chances early but it was the Blues who would go up 1-0 on a goal from Tyler White at the 8:18 mark. The Blues would then strike again this time from Sam Major at the 5:10 mark to put the Blues up 2-0.   The Blues weren't done their as Taylor Porrier would make the score 3-0 with 3:36 as it looked like the Jacks were having an off night with nothing going their way. The period would end with the Blues up 3-0 heading into the second.

In the second period the Blues would pick up their play and keep the pressure on the Jacks. The Jacks would get some chances but it was the Blues Tyler White who would score the only goal of the period at 4:29 mark making the score 4-0 Blues heading into the third.

In the third it looked as the Blues would cruise to an easy win as they dominated the first two periods and the Jacks only had 10 guys compared to the Blues 15.  With the score 4-0 the Blues would go up 5-0 on a goal from Ray Sprague with 13:54 remaining in the period.  With the Jacks being down 5-0 it was the Jacks Jordan McGee would pick up his play and it would show up on the scoreboard at 10:38 to make the score 5-1 Blues. With the Jacks gaining a little momentum off the goal by McGee it was the Blues Mike Anderson who would pick the puck from behind his net, race all the way down ice and then let a nasty wrist shot go that would be the Jacks Ryan Libby high blocker side to put the Blues up 6-1 with 8:23 remaining. With a little over half the period left and the score being 6-1 you would think this game was over but think again as the pesky Jacks would dig deep and fight back into this game.  The Jacks Joe Gaudet would score at 5:59 to make the score 6-2, then Evan Seely would score two goals the first at 4:54 to make the score 6-3.  Evan would score his second goal of the game with 1:47 remaining in the period to make the score 6-4 Blues. The Jacks weren't done their as they would get a goal from Will Olmstead to with 1:25 left in the game to make the score 6-5.  It looked as if the Jacks were going to come back and tie the score but the Blues were able to weather the strong comeback by the Jacks and hold to win the game 6-5.
