In the second game of the night we had the Whalers hosting Tuck. Tuck came out ready to play as they only need 46 seconds to go up 1-0 on a goal from Brodie Stone. The Whalers didn't let the slow start bother them as Dan Fenton would tie the score at 1-1 at 10:52 mark. Tuck would push back and this time they would get two goals, the first from Peter Cahill at 8:04 and the second from Andrew Cox at 1:46 mark to put Tuck up 3-1 heading into the second.
In the second the Whalers pushed back on a goal from Chuck Gaede at 7:42 to make the score 3-2 Tuck. The Whalers would then tie the game at 3-3 on a goal from Kelly Park with 3:01 left in the period. Tuck would get a late goal to go up 4-3 from Chris McMalton with 1:26 remaining in the period.
In the third Tuck built off its late goal in the second and would go up 5-3 on a goal from John Fulham at 10:54. Although the Whalers were playing hard to get back into this game as they would outshot Tuck 15-6 in the third, it was Tuck who would get the last goal of the night at 5:43 from Jeewoo Park. Tuck would cruise on to win this game by the score of 6-3 before they go on their 6 week break.
