In the first game of the night we had the Jacks hosting the Gamblers, both teams came into this week off of wins last week.  The Gamblers came out firing as Will Meyer let a twisted wrister go from the blue line that somehow went between the Jacks Ryan Libby's legs and in just 42 seconds into the game.  The Jacks would answer right back when Jordan McGee would tie the game at one at the 12.20 mark.   The Gamblers would fight back for the lead and this time it was Ethan Gage putting them up 2-1 at 10:27.  Again the Jacks would answer a minute later and this time it was from Evan Seely tying the score at two at 9:29.  The Jacks would get a quick goal from sub Dillan Pierce to put them up 3-2 with 9:03 remaining.  The score would remain the same until 4:53 when Joe Gaudet put the Jacks up 4-2.  The Gamblers would take a late penalty but the Jacks were unable to capitalize on it as the period would end with the Jacks up 4-2 heading into the second period.

In the second period both teams would get some chances but the only goal of the period came from the Jacks Sean Murphy at 7:56 to put the Jacks up 5-2 heading into the third period.

In the third the Gamblers came out trying to get back into the game and they were successful as Troy Miller would make the score 5-3 47 seconds into the period.  The Gamblers would then strike again making the score 5-4 on a goal from Spencer Zaha with 9:04 remaining.  Although the Gamblers got within one goal it was the Jacks Jordan McGee that would score the games next goal at 7:38 mark.   The Jacks sub Dillian Pierce would then finish off the Gamblers with a goal with 6:17 remaining as the Jacks would hold on to win the game by the score of 7-4.
