In the second game of the night we have the Gamblers hosting Tuck. Both teams are tied for second, the Gamblers at 2-1 and the Tuck at 2-2. In the second game of the night we have the Gamblers hosting Tuck. Both teams are tied for second, the Gamblers at 2-1 and the Tuck at 2-2. In the first period it was back and forth hockey with both teams having a bunch of chances however Tuck would get the game’s first goal from Chris Mahoney at the 9:55 mark. Tuck would hold on to the lead for most of the period until the Gamblers Will Meyer would tie the game at one with a breakaway goal with 1:26 remaining in the period.  The period would end with the score tied at 1-1. 

In the second period both teams would get some chances but neither team was able to put the puck past either goalie. The score would remain tied at 1-1 after two periods of play. 

In the third both teams came out hungry looking for the games next goal but both goalies were playing well and not letting anything by.  After no score change for 20 minutes of play, Tuck would get the game winning goal from Gillian Apps as she would rush the puck in on the Gamblers defense 3 on 2, once she got to the top of the circle she would let a shot go that would be the Gamblers goalie to put Tuck up 2-1 with 3:27 remaining. Tuck would hold on to win the game even though the Gamblers had a lot of late chances after pulling their goalie and being on the PP.  With the win Tuck improves to 3-2 heading into their holiday break as they are not back in action until January 9th.
