In the second game of the night we have the Blues (3-3) hosting the Gamblers (4-2). The Blues come into this week off a 3-2 loss to the Whalers and the Gamblers come into this week off a 12-2 win over the Jacks. These two teams have split the first two games but look for the Gamblers to continue to roll and win this game by the score of 4-2.

In the second game of the night we had the Blues (3-3) hosting the Gamblers (4-2). Both teams showed up with full benches and ready to play a hard fought game. The Gamblers were able to get the games first goal as Jason Gramling scored at 13:02. The play would continue to be back and forth as both teams would get chances but no other goals were scored in the first period. The Gamblers would take a 1-0 led into the second period.

In the second period the Gamblers kept the pressure on and Will Meyer was able to squeak a quick shot through Jay Seals legs to make the score 2-0 Gamblers at 12:48 mark. Although the Blues would go down 2-0 they would answer right back on a goal from Jason Rasco at 11:53 to make the score 2-1. The Gamblers would take two quick penalties but the Blues were unable to capitalize on them. The Gamblers gained some momentum of the penalties they were able to kill and it was the Gamblers Ethan Gage who would put the Gamblers up 3-1 with 4:45 remaining. The Blues would give up though as they kept battling and Chad Quirion would tuck the puck in the back of the net at 3:58 mark, making the score 3-2 Gamblers. The Gamblers Max Woods was able to answer right back as he would put the Gamblers up 4-2 with 2:44 remaining in the period. The period would end with the score 4-2 Gamblers but this game was far from over as both teams were battling back and forth.

In the third the Gamblers would take an early penalty to give the Blues another PP chance, again the Gamblers killed it off. Again the Blues would score shortly after the PP expired, this time it was Reid Lesswing who would put the puck in the back the net making the score 4-3 with 11:23 left in the period. The Blues would keep buzzing after getting with a goal and they would tie the game up 4-4 at 9:56 on a goal from Ray Sprague. With the score tied the Gamblers would settle down and both teams would get a bunch of chances but neither goalie would allow another puck by them. The game would end in a 4-4 tie which means we are headed for a shoot out. The shoot out went as follows:
